In case of an emergency transport to our medical partners you need the following steps:

  A detailed report of your hospital indicating that the patient has to be send abroad.

  Send the medical report by fax to Germany:

  Please send the medical report immediately by fax to the embassy or consulate of your visiting country..
  
  
• 5. Step
  The family member, wishing to accompany the patient, has to go personally to the embassy. He has to bring along the passport of the patient and the family members to apply for the visa

  We will send our information (name of the hospital, flights details etc.) directly to the embassy.
  
  
• 7. Step
  An immediate transfer of the necessary amount has to be arranged to our bank account. The bank will fax a confirmation of receipt to us.
  
  
  We will take off with our ambulance jet immediately after receiving the payment.
